- To support the rapid business growth, the incumbent must be able to multitask and decide/delegates in a fast-paced environment in the same capacity.
- He / She will provide sound advice to senior management on all related subjects in ensuring group HR functions are met and aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Develops, review, propose, enhance, implement and execution new/initiatives, implementation, work processes and policies to support business needs.
- Ability to lead and design HR training & development, workflow, policies and processes management, performance management and compliance independently.
- Facilitate organizational structure/ design discussions, roll out management philosophy / corporate goals.
- Maintain, improvise towards high-quality central global HR function, including appropriate technology, systems and tools, including the use of metrics and people data to inform management of key decisions.
- Lead development and execution of employee engagement, retention strategies, plans, and initiatives.
- Develops and monitors global annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, company events, benefits and entitlement etc.
- Conducts continuing studies of global HR policies, programs and practices keeping management informed of new developments.
- Establishes country HR measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goal.
- Design and delegates periodic / monthly reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
- Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals settings for the entire group of businesses.
- Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports.
- Assist in managing overall financial budgeting for HR Admin/its related function.
- Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning.
- Any other ad-hoc activities tasked by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Human Capital Development, Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years working experience at same capacity performing international HR related matters.
- Prior experience from a related industry (Hospitality) will be advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent communication, possess strategic thinking, ability to make effective decision, co-ordinates effectively with stakeholders (local & overseas)
- Able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
