Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in the exhibitions and events sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote exhibitions and events.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, to reach target audiences.

Event Promotion:

  • Create promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online content, to effectively market events.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure all promotional materials align with the brand’s image.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Event Coordination:

  • Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of exhibitions and events.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.
  • Track expenses and ensure all activities are within budget.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the exhibitions and events industry.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
