Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the preparation of quotation time basis with sufficient details and follow up.
  • Segregation off work to meet shipment arrangements.
  • Attend & assist indoor meetings with customer on related matters.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • Handling and understand customer's inquiry and respond accordingly.
  • Follow up on the payment of cash bills for collection.
  • Liaise with customer on the daily basis for shipment arrangements.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Forwarding Department on daily basis for shipment arrangement.
  • Preparation of Job Order for daily shipments.
  • Undertake any others duties as requested by department head or management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good team player, independent and self motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
