E-Commerce Executive is responsible implementing and executing strategies to enhance market share and exposure on online sales channels. The ideal candidate will focus on driving the achievement of sales, market share, and profit goals. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including finance, marketing, sales, and IT, to drive online sales growth and improve overall customer satisfaction. The E-Commerce Executive will play a key role in expanding our digital presence and optimizing the online shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Retail Operations in advancing various projects, achieving project goals, and tracking competitor dynamics and strategies. Seek more opportunities to increase sales and develop promotional plans.
  • Maintaining close communication with agencies and service providers. Create briefings on promotional activities, promptly coordinating with customer service to address any anomalies.
  • Stay informed about competitor dynamics, promotional content, and plans, summarizing this information in reports and providing timely feedback
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales. Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for online sales.
  • Assist with internal communication and supply chain allocation, product listing and delisting communication, promotional price adjustments and page maintenance, and effective execution of market launches and joint online consumer promotions.
  • Ensuring timely updates on product listings and manage internal and external communication and operations. Communicate and update promotional price adjustment mechanisms promptly.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain warehouse allocations, updating spreadsheets for inventory forecasts following the establishment of promotional specifications. Effectively communicating with finance and pricing team to address discrepancies and improve payment efficiency.
  • Supervise and provide feedback on market launches, consumer promotions, and the integration of free resources. Assist with the regular signing of E-Commerce-related contracts, effectively communicating with legal, procurement and finance departments to facilitate progress.
  • Monitor and manage the achievement of monthly targets for retail projects, integrating data into reports. Establish good communication and collaboration with personnel from various departments, to drive the execution of departmental plans and identify customer needs.
  • Participate in monthly performance evaluations of service provider personnel, assessing their work execution. Regularly consolidate reports from service providers and operators and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with service providers to establish effective communication and coordination mechanisms with external resources, ensuring consistency in internal and external feedback and information. Attend weekly and monthly meetings with service providers, offering ideas, suggestions, and relevant work plans.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the company's internal teams and external departments, coordinating and completing tasks in an orderly manner

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Ability to work in a team.
