- Oversee recruitment processes for new team members, ensuring alignment with company culture and goals
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and professional development initiatives
- Streamline operational workflows to optimize efficiency within the company
- Manage day-to-day operations including project/campaign timelines, resource allocation and budgeting
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning and alignment of goals
HR Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members (overseeing probation, assessment, etc.)
- Maintain employee records and manage payroll and benefits
- Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns or conflicts
- Ensure office space is in order to foster positive working environment
- To manage the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
- Assist with performance management procedures & HR-related events (company trip, townhall, leave and MC tracking and etc.)
- Tabulate and ensure all HR-related expenses are arranged and recorded accordingly
- Ensure all company assets are well taken care of
- Support all internal & external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Monitor and optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee project/campaign management, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Implement and maintain systems and processes for tracking and reporting

- Proven experience in HR management, operations, and/or influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate various aspects of the role
