  • Ensure office space is in order to foster positive working environment
  • To manage the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
  • Assist with performance management procedures & HR-related events (company trip, townhall, leave and MC tracking and etc.)
  • Tabulate and ensure all HR-related expenses are arranged and recorded accordingly
  • Ensure all company assets are well taken care of
  • Support all internal & external HR-related inquiries or requests

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related fields and/or;
  • Proven experience in HR management, operations, and/or influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
