Qualification And Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in global mobility, human resources, or a related field is often required. Experience with international assignments, relocation management, or immigration is particularly valuable.
- Strong understanding of global immigration, tax regulations, relocation processes and also
- Immigration and Work Permits: Manage the visa and work permit processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Relocation Management: Plan and execute relocation strategies for employees, including housing and transportation.
- Taxation and Compliance: Provide guidance on tax implications and ensure compliance with local tax laws for employees on assignment.
- Travel Coordination: Oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and any other logistical support needed for assignments.
- Vendor Management ( Immigrations and Logistic Requirements): Coordinate with external service providers, such as relocation agencies, immigration employees, tax advisors,PPE Vendors and/or Training Vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement mobility and adminstration policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
