職務内容:

• 電話、メール、チャットを通じて、日本語を話す旅行者に卓越したカスタマーサポートを提供し、旅行計画、宿泊施設の予約、交通手段の手配などを支援します。
• プラットフォームの機能やサービスのエキスパートになり、旅行者を予約プロセスに導き、質問や懸念事項に対処します。
• 旅行者の興味、予算、旅行スタイルに基づいて個別の提案を行い、一人ひとりの旅行体験をより特別なモノにするために努力します。
• 人気の観光地、アトラクション、穴場に関する知識を活かして、真に思い出深い旅行プランを作成します。
• 国際的なチームや旅行パートナーと協力して、スムーズな予約体験と卓越した顧客満足を実現します。
• 旅行のトレンド、プロモーション、業界ニュースを常に把握し、旅行者に最も関連性の高いタイムリーな情報を提供します。

応募資格:

• ネイティブレベルの日本語能力（読み書き）が必須です。
• 社内コミュニケーションおよび報告のために、ビジネスレベルの英語力が必要です。
• 旅行と新しい文化の探求に対する情熱。
• 優れた問題解決能力と、創造的な解決策を見つける才能。
• 複数のタスクを効率的にこなし、ペースの速い環境で活躍できる能力。

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals fluent in Japanese to join our dynamic team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to Japanese-speaking travelers via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with trip planning, booking accommodations, arranging transportation, and more.
• Become an expert on our platform's features and offerings, guiding travelers through the booking process and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Go the extra mile to personalize each traveler's experience, offering tailored recommendations based on their interests, budget, and travel style.
• Utilize your knowledge of popular destinations, attractions, and hidden gems to create truly memorable travel itineraries.
• Collaborate with our international team and travel partners to ensure seamless booking experiences and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and industry news to provide the most relevant and timely information to our travelers.

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) is a must.
• Excellent communication skills in English for internal communication and reporting.
• A passion for travel and exploring new cultures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for finding creative solutions.
• Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the travel industry is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
