Station Manager (Alor Setar)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline or Three (3) years working experience in all aspects of Ground Operations.
• Ability to interact, communicate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, customers at all levels of management.
• Capable of working independently and work under pressure.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Willing to work on shift.

Job Function:

• Responsible for general administration of the station which encompasses asset management, administrative and managing human resource activity at station.
• Batik Air Station Manager shall be held responsible to ensure that every aspect of regulatory requirements relating to Safety, Security and Quality are met and complied.
• To maintain safety of operations, level of station compliance to the regulatory requirements and conformance to the policy and procedures is vital for the smooth operations of Batik Air.
