  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Finance & Accounting: Oversee budgeting at the group level, ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/MFRS), and provide financial insights for smarter decision-making.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement a unified HR strategy, ensuring compliance with labor laws and standardizing policies across the company.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Engineering and Technical Manager to align financial goals with operational strategies, and act as an advisor for department heads.
  • Guide Teams: Provide leadership and support to finance and HR teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Drive Efficiency: Analyze performance data, optimize costs, and ensure smooth office operations across various departments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reputable Degree in Finance / Accountancy with at least 5 years of experience handling HR & Finance functions for company of at least 80 headcount (including blue collar)
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, accounting standards, and HR practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Other Information:

  • Based in Muar (Occasional Regional travelling to KL/Kuching office required)
  • Mon - Fri, office hour
  • Basic up to 11,000 MYR + Bonus up to 3 mths + Relocation support (if necessary)
  • Able to commence work on short notice / 1 month
