  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your new role

As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the HR framework, demonstrating agility, and effectively leading discussions and projects. Your role will involve setting up HR processes and creating a robust foundation crucial for their success. Additionally, stakeholder management is critical in this business and is taken very seriously. You must be able to handle large headcounts and navigate policies that need revamping.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to qualify for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' HR Manager experience .
  • A strong understanding of manpower planning/ budgeting, performance review and vast experience in employee relations.
  • Experience optimising HRIS.
  • A strong stakeholder management.
  • A need to be the point of contact for all related HR matters.
  • Understanding of managing employees under your business portfolio.
  • Proficiency in spoken Mandarin.
