Human Resource Senior Executive/Executive (Employee and Industrial Relation)

Job Description

Employee Relations Management:

• Execute the employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate the employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
• Coordinate the investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.

Industrial Relations:

• Serve as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring effective communication and negotiation.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and Company policies.
• Coordinate on the employee disciplinary matters including documentations and participate in dispute resolution processes.
• Educate staff on policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Assist to monitor compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations issues, grievances, and resolutions.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to management on employee relations and industrial relations matters.

Performance Management:

• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
• Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.

Engagement and Communication:

• Promote open communication channels between employees and management.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and job satisfaction.
• Facilitate employee feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups.

Qualification:

• Diploma / degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in similar roles; Preferred from healthcare industry.
