  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your new role

As a Financial Controller, you are expected to;

  • Support the projects viable for business expansion/new business opportunities in line with the overall business development strategy of the Group;
  • Manage corporate financing responsibilities of the new and existing debt portfolio.
  • Provide guidance on key strategic projects as required, including the development of financial models and financial analysis to assess opportunities.
  • Plan and lead Group's financial forecast and annual business plan process
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with banks, financial institutions and capital markets with the aim of securing the funds necessary for the Group's operations and investments, leading to support of Group's business expansion and rationalisation
  • Ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles, international financial reporting standards and Disclosure Rules of the Securities Commission of Malaysia.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and a member of a professional accounting body
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in accounting and finance with strong leadership experience
  • Preferably from audit and commercial finance experience in energy-related industry
  • Experience in managing corporate reporting, merger & acquisitions
