Job Summary

Responsible of technical document control and records control processes in line with SRS TC's Project Quality Plan.

Key Responsibilities

Establish implementation procedures for technical document control and records control processes in line with SRS TC's Project Quality Plan.

Manage all consultants' submissions such as drawings / technical documents and ensure all reference numbers, templates etc. in accordance to the approved procedures.

Responsible for the overall handling of incoming and outgoing drawings / technical documents including registration, scanning, copying and uploading data inputs into the digital system such as Viewpoint for Project (VFP), AutoCAD Construction Cloud (ACC) etc.

Manage and organize incoming and outgoing drawings / technical document distributions to the approved recipients.

Responsible for collection and compilation of as-built drawings & records for project handing over documentation matters.

Provide training, assistance and support to other staff on technical documentation-related matters.

Responsible for the preparation of weekly / monthly reports on the status of drawings & technical document deliveries and submissions.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining Quality, Safety & health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

Well versed in quality management system (ISO: 9001) and able to operate digital documentation such as Viewpoint for Project (VFP), Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), AutoCAD Construction Cloud (ACC) etc.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• 3- 4 years of working experience in document control related to project implementation at project office.

Profile description:

SRS TC Sdn Bhd, which is employed by the PD, is tasked with the reclamation of Island A. It shall award the design and construction of the Phase 1 reclamation works to Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd (GESB) on a design and build lump sum contract basis.

SRS TC is also tasked with the construction of Common Infrastructure and the Pan Island Link 2A (PIL2A), and the implementation of the Smart City. SRS TC's responsibilities also include landscaping, coastal parks, gardens, beaches, waterways, the mangrove habitat, and bicycle and pedestrian networks.

SRS TC shall also call for tender to award all other construction works in the Scope of Works to the best-evaluated tenderer. It also oversees the implementation of all measures in the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and the supervision of the Contractor to ensure all environmental regulations are complied with according to the EIA COAs and other requirements. The TC will also ensure the agreement with the contractor includes environmental compliance.
