Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-maintained.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Organize and maintain company documents and records, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.

Human Resource Support:

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and handling routine HR-related queries.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment letters and contracts.

Financial Administration:

  • Support basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for billing and payment follow-up.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing and distributing internal reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Customer and Vendor Liaison:

  • Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure customer queries are responded to promptly and efficiently.

    Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and facility management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
