Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-maintained.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Organize and maintain company documents and records, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
Human Resource Support:
- Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and handling routine HR-related queries.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment letters and contracts.
Financial Administration:
- Support basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for billing and payment follow-up.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Customer and Vendor Liaison:
- Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure customer queries are responded to promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and facility management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
