Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation team to join our team, focusing on Radio Access Network (RAN) and Microwave project deliveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting site photos, preparing comprehensive site survey reports, drafting site completion reports, and producing accurate AutoCAD drawings for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review Site Photos: Analyze and verify site photos to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

2. Prepare Site Survey Reports: Conduct site surveys and produce detailed reports highlighting site conditions, equipment installations, and project requirements.

3. Generate Site Completion Reports: Compile and present comprehensive site completion documentation, ensuring that all tasks have been completed according to the project plan and standards.

4. Create AutoCAD Drawings: Develop precise and detailed AutoCAD drawings based on site surveys, project designs, and telecommunications infrastructure needs.

5. Collaborate with Field Teams: Work closely with field engineers and project managers to gather necessary data, clarify project specifications, and ensure seamless project execution.

6. Ensure Quality and Compliance: Uphold the highest quality standards in site surveys and reports, ensuring all documentation aligns with industry regulations and project requirements.

Qualifications:

- 1 year minimum experiences in telecommunication or relevant fields.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint etc) for site documentation preparation.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately analyze site conditions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report generation and cross-team collaboration.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.

-Familiarity with telecommunications site standards and industry best practices.

-Proven experience in telecommunications, particularly in RAN and Microwave projects.
