Job Overview: As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese market. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase conversions through effective collaborations with key influencers on XHS.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies specific to the XHS platform.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for collaboration.

Influencer Identification:

  • Research and identify key influencers in our niche with a strong presence on XHS.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, including micro and macro influencers.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate content creation, delivery, and scheduling with influencers.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Prepare regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.

Content Collaboration:

  • Work closely with influencers to ensure brand messaging is effectively communicated.
  • Support content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality and authentic brand representation.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the Chinese market.
  • Strong understanding of XHS and its user demographics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is highly preferred.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for social media and emerging trends, especially in the beauty & make-up indutry.
