  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title and Duties

The employee shall perform the jobs and duties of a Tele Sales and Digital Marketer. The general duties during this probation period are:

Job Description


• Cold Calling of Customer in Singapore
(*Number of calls and prospecting daily target will be given during onboarding, to follow strictly)
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements such as email address, existing domain, server hosting expiry dates, etc.
• Other admin task assigned by employer
• Objection handling skills is a must
• Follow Up With Customers on a prompt basic
(*Guidelines will be given upon orientation)
• Liaise with customer on service and maintenance / Ad Hoc matters
• Advice customer on company services
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Required language(s): English, Fluent in English is an added advantage
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Hosting is a plus
  • At least 1 year tele-sales experience.
  • Five days work week. 9am to 6pm with 1hr lunch break
