Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  • Setting sales targets and deadline that in line with company business.
  • Plan appraises job results and prepare work schedules for sales agents locally and/or across region.
  • Passionate, innovative and the ability to lead in driving culture change / new way of doing things.
  • Being energetic and creative person with positive mindset in planning and driving sales performance.
  • Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees i.e sales agents/telesales.
  • Monitoring and track sales agents performance and productivity and overall performance Weekly/Monthly.
  • Collaborate with HR and Sales Manager on recruitment and staff training – both new and existing, conduct training on need basis.
  • Provides quality services, implement and enforcing quality with customer services standards.
  • Ensuring application forms and documentation submitted timely and organize manner as stipulated for relevant decision and approval.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Understand customer financial needs and objectives and implement best practices and more time to facilitate sales through customized sales pitches to customer.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports for Top Management i.e Sales & Distribution Head and Direct Sales Manager
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies / guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  • Protect the image and brand of the Bank.
  • Any other duties / assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior from time to time / as per business requirement from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in home financing.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales within the banking industry.
  • Possess a diploma or higher qualification with substantial experience in sales and banking.
  • Excellent supervision, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High inclination towards a sales-driven culture.
  • Ability to manage and held accountable in sales result oriented.
  • Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision making and higher-level problem solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with results driven approach.
  • Experience of working in fast-moving business environment.
  • Ability to network across a variety of functions at various levels & regions.
