Job Title: QHSE Executive

Location: Jalan Gombak, Setapak, KL

Our company specializes in providing skilled workforce solutions for the energy sector, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QHSE Executive to join our team and take charge of all QHSE-related matters across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and implement the integrated management system of the organization, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 17020.

· Oversee the IRATA system and ensure all marine class documentation is up-to-date, including Lloyd’s Register, DNV, ABS, NKK, SCM, KR, RINA, BV, etc.

· Ensure compliance with company, ISO, statutory, and client requirements across all departments.

· Act as the Management System Representative for all management systems.

· Plan and execute internal audits for all management systems and ensure that agreed actions are promptly implemented.

· Develop and implement QHSE plans for projects as required.

· Act as the QHSE representative for projects and liaise with regulatory bodies on QHSE matters.

· Carry out assigned tasks and duties safely, in accordance with instructions, and comply with all safety and environmental rules, procedures, regulations, and codes of practice.

· Ensure all tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment are used correctly and stored in approved locations.

· Maintain all safety guards and ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective clothing/equipment are used as required.

· Ensure that no plant or equipment is operated unless authorized.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1-3 years of experience handling QHSE matters in a service provider organization.

· Degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.

· Strong knowledge of QC tools, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 17020 standards.

· Good knowledge of schedule waste management.

· Experience in managing IRATA systems and marine class documentation is highly desirable.

· Excellent knowledge of statutory and client requirements related to QHSE.

· Proven ability to plan and execute internal audits and manage corrective actions.

· Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with regulatory bodies.

· Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
