Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms including Instagram.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Generate reports on key metrics and use insights to optimize strategies.
Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns. Manage budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Innovate and experiment with new features and platforms.
Crisis Management: Handle any social media crises and develop communication plans to address issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
- Good knowledge in skincare product would be advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to commence within a short notice period .
