Job Descriptions:

  • Work with HR team, Business Heads and staffs on the execution of PMS workflow and procedures.
  • To be responsible on the roll-out of PMS end-to-end process (inclusive of Performance Plan, Mid-Year Review and Final Assessment).
  • Manage all staff enquiries that related to PMS and troubleshooting.
  • To work with HR Team and Business Unit for generating HR dashboard, performance management metrics and data analysis reports and oversee data integrity associated with PMS.
  • Maintain SOP and manual, familiar with Standard Operation Procedure of HR and provide recommendation and improvement to enhance the PMS process.
  • To conduct briefing related to PMS matters and assigned trainings for Talent Development.
  • To coordinate/ facilitate the Talent Development initiatives like internal/ external trainings, roll out survey, staff communication & etc.
  • To support in all Talent Management related activities as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or other relevant courses.
  • At least 6 years of working experiences in Human Resource Management Experience in handling Performance Management System / Payroll/ HR Services will be an added advantage.
  • Well versed in PMS system / other PMS tool.
  • Good computer skills in MS Office particularly in Excel and Power Point.
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skill.
