  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A well-known manufacturing company is looking for an HR & Admin Manager to join them in Nilai, up to 17k

Your new company

This company is an established manufacturer with a reach of over 100 countries. They are in search of a HR & Admin Manager to oversee a new plant set-up in Nilai.


Your new role

You will be part of the pioneer team for the new plant set-up in Nilai, leading a small team to build the end-to-end employee life cycle support for the team. You will also play a role of a business partner, bridging the gap between the group and the manufacturing plant from senior stakeholders to ground level operators. You will also be the subject matter expert for industrial relations across the group, responsible for guiding the human resources team on disciplinary issues, misconducts and best practices.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Proven achievements as a HR Manager in a manufacturing environment
  • Stable working tenure in the past 10 years
  • Well-versed in industrial and employee relations
