Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive/Manager (Sales/Hunter) to join our team in Malaysia. This role goes beyond traditional sales functions; you will act as a business consultant and solutions expert to our clients. Your responsibilities will include new business development, lead generation, account management, and client communication. You will identify and pursue business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, and drive revenue growth by offering tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and lead sourcing to identify potential clients

- Pitch online and offline platforms and brand activation opportunities

- Serve as a business consultant, leveraging strong business acumen and understanding of various business functions

- Achieve company KPIs and sales targets

- Develop long-term business relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and solutions consultant

- Spot opportunities to collaborate with clients to drive their growth, utilizing the robust ecosystem of Mummys Market

- Provide marketing and operational support to ensure high-quality customer experiences

- Understand and analyze clients' business needs, offering tailored solutions that drive their growth and success

- Regularly communicate with clients to assess their evolving needs and adjust strategies accordingly

- Build rapport and deeply understand the solution needs of clients and prospects

  • Proficient in English to effectively communicate with Singapore-based colleagues
