What You'll Do:

  • Support and Drive Sales Success: Attract qualified leads through strategic partnerships and networking with affluent clients, both locally and internationally.
  • Attract and Engage High-Net-Worth Clients: Attract qualified leads through strategic partnerships and networking with affluent clients, both locally and internationally.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and agencies, offering seamless and tailored experience throughout the sales process.
  • Team Leadership: Coaching and mentoring the sales team, driving them toward peak performance while actively contributing to sales efforts yourself.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Provide valuable insights into market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to help shape our luxury real estate sales strategy
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports, tracking performance, and analyzing data to improve team results and ensure targets are consistently met.

What'll help you to succeed:

  • 5 years in luxury real estate or high-end sales, with a strong track record of success working with high-net-worth clients and corporate buyers.
  • Exceptional communication and networking skills
  • Proven ability to attract and engage affluent clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting and driving a sales team.
  • Driven, proactive and keen in luxury real estate and the opportunity to work closely with elite clientele.
