Your Role:

We are seeking a seasoned senior HR manager to lead our HR department, who is responsible for strategic planning, talent management, and employee relations. You will oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation programs, ensuring compliance and fostering a productive work environment. This role is pivotal in driving our organisational growth and maintaining a harmonious workplace.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree or master's qualification and be well-versed in recent regulations and practices.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Exhibit excellent writing and oral communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, present HR-related insights, and convey recommendations.
  • Excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities and addressing time-sensitive HR matters, such as labour cost analysis and workforce optimisation.
  • Familiarisation with Human Resource Management Systems.
  • Willingness to travel to our operating centres across Malaysia to provide on-site assistance and support in addressing HR-related issues.

Responsibilities:

To oversee the HR Department based on the following scope:

  • Strategic Human Resource Planning: Identify and address current and future Human Resource needs to support the organisation's growth.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, from identifying top talent to implementing effective training programs for talent retention.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, creating an environment that promotes employee satisfaction and engagement. Handle Industrial Relations matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws and fostering a harmonious workplace.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Lead the design and implementation of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, support employee career development, and contribute to succession planning initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development. Conduct regular performance reviews and establish improvement plans as needed.
  • Administrative Oversight: Ensure smooth coordination and management of administrative tasks, maintaining a well-organised and efficient work environment.
