JOB DESCRIPTION

Stock Control:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Implement stock rotation policies to minimize wastage.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track order status and provide updates to customers.
Inventory Management Systems:
- Maintain and update inventory management systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
- Generate reports and analyze inventory data.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers on order placement, delivery, and quality control.
- Resolve any supplier-related issues.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate /Professional Degree in Business Studies/Retail Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in other additional language/dialect is an added advantage.
Fresh graduate, non experience but with good initiative and attitude are welcome to apply
Required Skill(s): Negotiation skills, communication skills, time management, judgment and decision making skills
2 years relevant working experience is preferable
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Candidates able to start immediately are preferred
