Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns.
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representative.
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Responsible for meeting the sales target of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple distribution channels for products.
  • Distributor liaison. Maintain a close working relationship and/or termination if deemed necessary.
  • Manage and coordinate with distributors’ sales team for the benefit of the sales of Company products.
  • Management of sales team, including developing sales team to achieve targets and bring in revenue.
  • Providing sales support to sales team when required.
  • Guide and monitor the sales team to do on-ground sales/sampling activities.
  • Assist the sales team in below-the-line promotion/trade plan with retailers (local/regional)
  • Negotiation of promotions, business reviews and trading terms of either pharmacy chains or global key accounts or local independent chains.
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
  • Develop & Expand Company’s business portfolio by recruiting distributorship & dealerships.
  • Handleing and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  • Experience in dealing with FMCG wholesalers & LKA will be added-advantage.

Job Requirements:

  • At Least 5 years FMCG experience in sales and marketing..
  • Candidate must possess at least Tertiary education will be added-advantage.
  • Strong Selling Skill & Competency in wholesale Business & Supermarket will be preferred
  • Canned Food Sales Experiences will be given priority.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to start immediately is advantage
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license

Remuneration Package:

  • Basic Salary + High Commission (Sales Commission + Collection Commission)
