We are hiring for our subsidiaries in Malaysia: Medinex Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd.
Position: Accounts Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
You must be able to perform the following tasks independently:
- Manage the full set of accounts up to balance sheet independently and meet the budget and timeline for our clients
- Able to prepare annual report/ financial statement
- Review and Submit GST, claims, etc., in a timely and accurate manner
- Able to clarify with superior/ client on the accounting queries in written English proficiently via email
- Meticulous and work with tight deadlines
- Able to analyze and provide advice to clients
- Oversee and provide guidance to the junior team members where applicable
Our requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in an accounting or audit firm is preferred
- For those without relevant work experience, you may be considered for an assistant position
- Candidate can be considered for a senior position if possesses relevant years of experience and/or CA qualification
- Good team player and interaction skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Able to start work in a short notice period
