Internal HR Recruiter (Beauty Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job roles, qualifications, and required skills for open positions.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, using diverse sourcing channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
• Review and screen resumes and applications to identify strong candidates for further evaluation.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Organize and participate in panel interviews and other assessment methods as needed.
• Evaluate candidates through behavioral-based interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks.
• Provide hiring managers with guidance and support throughout the selection process, including offering recommendations and facilitating decision-making.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and addressing candidate inquiries.
• Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to continuously improve talent acquisition.
• Work with the HR team to enhance recruitment strategies, employer branding, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

• 1 year and above of experience in a relevant role is required.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and others.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify top talent.
