Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job roles, qualifications, and required skills for open positions.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, using diverse sourcing channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Review and screen resumes and applications to identify strong candidates for further evaluation.
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

  • 1 year and above of experience in a relevant role is required.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify top talent.
