Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job roles, qualifications, and required skills for open positions.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, using diverse sourcing channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify strong candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Organize and participate in panel interviews and other assessment methods as needed.
- Evaluate candidates through behavioral-based interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks.
- Provide hiring managers with guidance and support throughout the selection process, including offering recommendations and facilitating decision-making.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and addressing candidate inquiries.
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to continuously improve talent acquisition.
- Work with the HR team to enhance recruitment strategies, employer branding, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
- 1 year and above of experience in a relevant role is required.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and others.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify top talent.
