Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Executive, Marketing and Communications to shape and execute strategies that will introduce and grow our brand in Malaysia, with expansion plans across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, hands-on experience with marketing tools, and proven expertise in leveraging various communication channels, especially in the digital space, to drive brand recognition and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies aimed at establishing our brand locally and expanding into the Southeast Asia region.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Solutions teams to develop the company's brand identity and visual assets.
  • Generate and manage content across digital platforms such as social media, websites, and blogs, with a focus on local market preferences.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM strategies, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and targeted social media advertising.
  • Organize and execute events and exhibitions, ensuring on enhancement of the company brand exposure.
  • Work closely with internal teams to localize marketing content for various SEA markets.
  • Design and deliver creative marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand’s message.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and new marketing technologies relevant to the local and regional landscape.

Job Requirements: -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing or branding, preferably within a tech-driven industry or a creative agency, with a focus on digital marketing and brand development.
  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 trends and their implications for marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in building a corporate image through social media and digital channels.
  • Experience in planning and managing client events and participating in industry exhibitions.
  • Proficiency with design and marketing software, with the ability to produce high-quality marketing materials independently.
