Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions.
- Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure all onboarding processes are completed.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
- Assist in conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
- Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate with managers to identify training and development needs.

Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

Scheduling and Coordination:

- Assist in preparing HR and administrative reports.
Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management.
- Facilitate internal communication through various channels.
Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
