Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking an Executive, IT Administration & Support who is comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively. This position will report to the IT Head at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Malaysia.

This role will actively monitor the ticketing system, Inventory Management and supply chain activities ensuring smooth running of business.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage & support IT-related hardware and software issues at both the Corporate Office and stores.
  • Provide help desk and technical support to all end users.
  • Be on standby and on call during weekends.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Support issues related to CCTV, POS systems, and O365 at the stores.
  • Regular travel within and outside Klang Valley for support activities.
  • A few additional tasks that need to be performed based on the requirements.

Your Ingredients

  • Degree or Master in IT/Computer Science or related discipline; Equivalent training and experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience, experience in Food & Beverage or Retail is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role will be an advantage.
  • Clear understanding of ticketing system (Incidents & Service Requests)
  • Understanding of Inventory management.
