The Factory Manager is responsible for leading and managing all operations within the precision manufacturing facility. This includes overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, managing resources effectively, and optimizing efficiency to the required quality standards.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely delivery of products.
Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications
Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and employee involvement in safety initiatives.
Implement cost-saving measures and strategies to improve profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Manufacturing, Food Operations Management, or a related field.
Required language(s): Mandarin (*MOST IMPORTANT), English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Semenyih.
