Order Processing

  • Accurately receive, process, and follow up on export sales orders from international customers.
  • Ensure timely submit sales orders to SCD department for order processing.
  • Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.

Customer Interaction:

  • Act as the first point of contact for international clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on order status.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding product availability, lead times, shipping details, and payment terms.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, warehouse, and logistics) to ensure timely shipment of export orders.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in generating reports and managing customer accounts.
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
  • Support sales in resolving any post-shipment issues, including claims, returns, or quality issues.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Stay up to date on export control regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, company policies, and export documentation requirements.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients by providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Assist in customer retention by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Degree/STPM /Diploma/ or equivalent
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Export Market.) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
