Role Description

  • Managing and optimizing client online products catalog to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' websites
  • Supporting localization of global content
  • Managing new content creation for client local brands or local cross-brand campaigns (banners for umbrella brand promotions, etc)
  • Uploading and correcting the content
  • SEO optimization
  • Implementation of the content at Amazon+ retail management / case management (upload to Vendor Central, corrections and tracking of the implementation process, Amazon case processing)
  • Communciation to local retailers in alignment with e-KAM
  • Being up to date with eCommerce trends
  • Analyzing performance data, doing research, audits, competition analysis and making recommendation of changes based on data-driven insights
  • Conducting client statuses and meetings
  • Seasonal content/deals monitoring
  • Create a friendly and exciting workplace

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eCommerce for FMCG sector especially in eMerchandising
  • Experience in working with Australian grocery eRetailers like Coles and Woolworths
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience in working with Amazon platform
  • Good understanding of (eRetailer) SEO and how to optimize product pages to improve the rankings on the eRetailers
  • Analytical and coordination skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
  • Location in APAC time zone ( at least 5h shared with Australia)
  • Advanced English level - at least C1
