Job Responsibility
- Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
- Research venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire
- Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (eg. venue, catering, travel)
- Liaise with sales and marketing teams to publicise and promote the event
- Manage all pre-event planning
- Manage the event documentation in the form of pictures or videos
- Produce post-event evaluation and reports
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
