This Recruitment Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the company. Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, leading a team of recruiters, and collaborating with hiring managers across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, create job descriptions and source for desired candidate profiles.
  • Manage Employer Branding initiatives. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to source and attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Implement best practices in recruitment, including the use of innovative sourcing techniques, candidate assessment tools, and recruitment metrics to drive efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the talent pool and enhance the employer brand.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and deliver competitive advantage.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any relevant fields of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role related to recruitment.
  • Prior experience in any other areas of HR would be an added advantage.
  • Managing high volumes of applications while ensuring high-quality candidates are selected.
  • Balancing the speed of recruitment with the need for thorough evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability in fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality talent in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Jobstreet, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics and data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
