Responsibilities:
- To provide day-to-day resourcing support in order to meet the resourcing needs of the business.
- To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues
- To ensure compliance to customer requirement and other relevant authorities
- To contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of manpower and recruitment programs
- To coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interviewing and selection process
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment
