The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to engage with target prospects for new business development as well as strengthen relationship with existing clients. Apart from the ability to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, this role will also take ownership for healthy pipeline building, placement conversions and account management deliverables.

Responsibilities:

What We Seek:

  • 2-4 years experience in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
  • Experience in full sales cycle in recruitment space will be highly preferred
  • Professional level English proficiency
  • Exceptional communication and people skills
  • International client interaction and networking expertise
  • Impressive problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Notable attention to detail
