JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead teams in designing and implementing their respective ERP systems and serve as single of contact on user engagements. Work with end users at all different levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions.
• Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement.
• Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for ERP projects.
• Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project.
• Lead and manage small teams implementing business process improvements and implementing ERP system for all sites. Work with staff and end-users to determine the functional requirements for the system within ERP especially Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Assist with blueprinting and design sessions to gather functional requirements and define new business processes to be implemented.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other analysts and client personnel assigned to the projects.
• Deliver IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget and with high quality. Deliver projects with focus on business unit satisfaction.
• Assist in project strategy design, project role staffing, issue resolution and recovery of troubled projects. Establish and maintain balance among project team, sponsors, resource managers and stakeholders.
• Serve as a change agent in deployment of adaptive Hartalega Project Management Framework across the organization. Utilize Hartalega standard Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies in the planning, delivery and communication of all assigned projects.
• Work with the business units to establish project priorities appropriately to achieve desired organizational goals and benefits.
• Effectively mitigate project risks through risk identification and proactive planning.
• Manage resource utilization and allocation to ensure all projects have the correct resources assigned with the appropriate skill sets and capacity to deliver a quality product.
• Effectively communicate project status and key project metrics (KPIs) to stakeholders and across enterprise as necessary.
• Train and mentor other team members in team standards, processes and methodologies.
• Suggest and lead areas for improvement in internal processes. Provide input into the decision making process for the team. Lead customer’s business process review and requirements gathering exercise and document user requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in manufacturing with big production scale will be added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years relevant management experience.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, strong analytical skills, and good in problem-solving.
• Efficient in planning and execution of assignment to meet deadline.
• Strong knowledge in ERP AX Dynamic.
• Preferable Degree in Computer Engineering or any equivalent.
