The Role

We are looking for a people-oriented and dynamic assistant HR Recruitment & Culture Manager to join our team of two. The ideal candidate must be a team player with knowledge in recruiting and building culture. This role requires a self starter with an interest in building a high performing team for Kasagi Labo.

Key Responsibilities

Culture Building & Employee Engagement

  • Design and execute initiatives that foster a strong company culture, keeping the team aligned with the Company's mission and values.
  • Implement programs to onboard new employees and help them integrate into the team while embracing our core values.
  • Develop internal communication channels to promote transparency and foster connections across teams.

Recruitment

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s growth targets and mission.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing to interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage relationships with recruiting agencies, job boards, and networking platforms to maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Track and report on HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, retention rates, employee satisfaction) and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies through data analysis, ensuring effective targeting and engagement of candidates.

You have:

  • 2 - 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, focusing on talent acquisition and building culture.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges and build out effective people strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Excel in taking initiative, wearing multiple hats, and work with tight deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills with a demonstrated capacity to take ownership of projects and troubleshoot when faced with challenges
  • Passionate about continuous self-improvement, always seeking opportunities to learn new skills and grow in your role
