What You Will Expect:

To work closely with the Head of Strategic Planning and HNW; supporting Partnership Distribution (PD) in monitoring and execution of Acceleration Projects, Annual Strategic Plan. Making sure timely delivery of projects and prudent management of expenses to achieve the mission and objectives of the Division.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of PD’s Annual Strategic Planning, including managing, coordinating and compilation of the complete document/ pack.
  • Drive project improvements, deliver timely and quality while ensuring proper monitoring and tracking, and to take necessary actions when it deviates.
  • Manage the Governance of Workstreams by ensuring regular updates from workstream leads and the workstreams are aligned with the Annual Strategic Plan objectives and deliverables. Escalate any gaps/ deviations for discussion with relevant teams to develop alternative action plans, and ensure monitoring and tracking of the action plans.
  • Continuous enhancement and improvement of policies, procedures and processes to support business strategy, including developing and implementing necessary effective management controls and mechanisms.
  • Develop business case for strategic business projects and conduct post implementation review of business projects.
  • Be the key responsible person to identify potential/ opportunities to support the business in achieving its target by performing up-to-date forecast, analysis and monitoring key drivers and constantly highlighting to the relevant teams for next course of actions.
  • Ensure strategic plans/ projects (both tactical and regular) are communicated and understood by key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and market changes.
  • Develop and design robust and timely performance management dashboard reporting, forecast to facilitate strategy discussion, and updates with EXCO and Group.

What You Will Need:

  • Education – Tertiary education in any discipline with proven related working experience.
  • Experience – Over 8 years’ relevant experience (Strategic Marketing & Strategy Planning) of which at least 1 year should be in a supervisory/managerial capacity. Candidates with consulting experience is welcome to apply.
  • Sound business acumen.
  • Excellent languages ability, presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Strong change management skills. Thorough project management and finance management knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good team building and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
