- Prepare balance sheets
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
- Preparation of cash flow projection & monthly management reports
- Preparation of bank reconciliation
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Candidates must at least possess a Diploma or equivalent
- Able to speak in English
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Office Administration, General Accounting, Knowledge on SQL Accounting software / ERP software systems an advantage.
