Flight Dispatcher

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

· Conduct pre-flight planning.

· Monitor flight progress and provide timely updates to flight crews regarding relevant information.

· File and submit flight plans in compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Communicate effectively with flight crews and air traffic control authorities.

· Monitor and assess aircraft performance during all phases of flight.

· Coordinate with air traffic controllers to obtain necessary clearances and updates.

· Assist in emergency response procedures as needed.

· Maintain accurate records of flight plans, weather data, and operational information.

· Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations and company policies.

· Perform any other Duties assigned by the Superior.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT

· Possesses at least a Diploma in any related field

· Willingness to work flexible shifts (24/7 availability as required by Flight Operations).

· 3 years working experience in Flight Operations or 1 year experience as an Assistant Flight Dispatcher

· Must acquire Flight Dispatch License or attended initial flight dispatch course
