Team Lead, HR Services (Night Shift)

Job Descriptions

• Oversee HR operational activities which include employee data administration, expenses processing and helpdesk operations
• Lead and manage a team of Senior HR Analyst and/or HR Analyst to ensure all business processes is executed accordingly based on the policy and given SLA with a high accuracy level
• Manage Employee Data Management operations by ensuring all staff movement data which includes new hires, internal transfers, and resignations / terminations are being reflected in the Workday system on a timely basis
• Supervise claims processing to ensure employee expenses are processed and posted according to scheduled timeline
• Manage helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring all tickets are addressed promptly in accordance with SLA
• Generate and prepare monthly reports
• Establish work standards, schedules and ensure team members are working efficiently and effectively
• Driving process improvement and continuously seek opportunities in operational activities to increase efficiency gain
• Create, measure and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the team’s performance and report achievements to the Manager/ Function Lead

Job Requirements

• University graduate, majoring in the area of Human Resource or Business Administration
• Possess 5-8 years of working experience in HR Operations (Experience in Shared Services industry will be an advantage)
• A goal-driven, self-motivated individual and problem solving person
• Able to present a high degree of professionalism, good people management, human relations and communications skills
• A resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team play
• Willing to work night shift (10 PM - 7:30 AM or 11 PM - 8:30 AM due to daylight saving time in Canada).
• Must be fluent in English as you will be supporting the Canada Market
• Experienced in using SAP & Workday will be an advantage for the candidate
• Candidate must be willing to work at Bangsar South, KL
