- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- ISO14001 and Head of Safety Standardization System.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics.
- Experiences in RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) 廢氣處理系統.
- Experiences in APCS (Air Pollution Control System) operations and to ensure compliance with DOE and factory requirement, and final discharge meet standard stipulated by DOE.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (licensing, compliance issue and new requirement update).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on EHS initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- At least more than 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment (PCB industry).
- Experiences in project management and plant start-up will be added advantage.
- Possessing CePBFO (bag filter) competency will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. DOE/DOSH).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Able undergo China for at least 3 months training (Additional Monthly Training Allowance, Hostel, Meals, Flight Ticket and Work Visa Application provided).
