QA MANAGER

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager at AJI-NO-RIKI (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD in Bestari Jaya. Oversee the daily operations of QA/QC and lab. 1) Review and implement company’s quality assurance policies and to formulate SOP and work instructions in line to company’s & ISO standards. 2) To liaise to purchasing/supplier for any raw material issues 3) Hosting and attending to external food safety audits, internal audit, customer & supplier audits. 4) Support on customer’s enquiries and customer’s complaints. 5) Manage and monitor pest control activities and to discuss on improvements with external suppliers. 6) To raise quality-related issues and liaise with HOD to source for methods of improvements. 7) To develop new product formulations or any technical testing. Qualifications 1)Degree in Food Science/Technology or relevant field. 2) Minimum 1-2 years working experience in food manufacturing environment. 3) Knowledgeable and having experience to handle and manage about food safety standards & certificate (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, MESTI) and/or other standard mandated by the Government. 4) Strong written, verbal communication skills, passionate in Food Safety & Quality. 5) Able to manage food quality standard, food safety standards, food safety procedure, and government regulatory matter (Malaysia & oversea market requirement)
