Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource support services including but not limited to payroll, benefits, leave, employee experience and performance management;
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and manager but escalate complex and/or sensitive matters to the Higher level.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and assistance for HRMS support.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Executes daily functions following the established policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Manages employee on boarding process including pre-logistics are being taken care of prior to joining, communication to internal stakeholders on the program.
  • Participates actively in the yearly HR initiatives and any projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • Possess strong payroll administration background especially in the beauty/retail/fmcg industry
  • Resourceful, creative, tech savvy and with an inquisitive mind;
  • Eye for detail and good follow through skills;
  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a must and those who can speak Mandarin will be an added advantage;
  • Comfortable in interacting with different levels of management and staff;
