About Us:

We are a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in digital twin technology for the industrial construction sector, with a focus on oil & gas, water treatment, and energy infrastructure. As we expand our presence globally, we are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Project Manager to help manage and coordinate our marketing efforts, focusing initially on growth in China and then Russia.

Role Overview:

As our Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee key marketing projects, including brand management, communications, PR, website improvements, and SEO (managed externally). You’ll be working across different time zones and cultures, coordinating internal teams (graphic designers and web developers) and external partners to drive our marketing initiatives. This part-time role offers flexibility while contributing to major growth projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand visibility across all platforms, ensuring alignment with growth objectives in China and Russia.
  • Marketing Communications: Create and manage marketing communications strategies to support regional business development.
  • PR & Media Relations: Build relationships with key media outlets and manage external PR initiatives, including exhibitions, CEO podcasts, and industry events.
  • Website & SEO: Coordinate with internal web developers for website improvements, while managing external SEO efforts to drive online visibility.
  • Exhibitions & Events: Plan and execute company participation in industry exhibitions and events in both China and Russia.
  • Podcasts & Thought Leadership: Work with the CEO to organize podcast appearances and other thought leadership activities.
  • Market Research & Localization: Conduct market research to ensure our marketing strategies are tailored to the cultural and business environments in both regions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing project management, especially in B2B or tech-focused industries.
  • Flexibility to work with teams across different time zones and nationalities.
  • Strong experience in brand management, communications, and PR.
  • Ability to coordinate external SEO efforts and work with internal teams for web design and development.
  • Chinese or Russian language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Relevant academic background in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time role with autonomy.
