Nityo Infotech is seeking multiple Business Development Managers to join our fast-growing sales team. These individuals will engage with companies in the mid-market and enterprise segments to identify how the Nityo Infotech’s platform can help them to drive key business and growth objectives. As a trusted advisor, you’ll evangelize Nityo Infotech’s solutions and help prospects understand how our platform can allow them to reduce customer churn, increase customer engagement, and grow customer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven, strategic, and high-performing Business Development Managers to get in at the ground floor of a rapidly accelerating organization that is already helping hundreds of growing organizations build lifetime customers.

Key responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition: Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone Responsible for selling IT Solutions and Products of our organization to clients based in the APAC region. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.

Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients, Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, RFPs, escalations, queries and any further documentation Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

Talent Acquisition: Responsible for end-to-end process from client acquisition for permanent staffing/Contract positions to Client Servicing and Management to ensuring receipt of payments. Responsible for the end-to-end process from gathering requirements from the client to driving the recruitment team to service the requirement and deployment of the candidate.
